The Samsung Galaxy S27 Ultra and Galaxy S27 Pro are expected to be introduced early next year alongside the Galaxy S27 and Galaxy S27+. Ahead of the official launch, both premium smartphones have reportedly appeared on China’s 3C (China Compulsory Certification) database. The listing has revealed key details about their charging capabilities. Samsung is believed to be preparing faster charging support for the top-end models in the Galaxy S27 series. Both smartphones are also expected to feature a 200-megapixel rear camera and Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 Pro processor.

Samsung Galaxy S27 Ultra, Galaxy S27 Pro Spotted on 3C Database

According to information shared by tipster Anvin (@ZionsAnvin), the Samsung Galaxy S27 Ultra and Galaxy S27 Pro have reportedly been spotted on China’s 3C certification website. The report lists the Galaxy S27 Ultra with model number SM-S9580, while the Galaxy S27 Pro is said to carry model number SM-S9570.

According to the listing, both smartphones may support multiple charging inputs, including 5.0V DC at 2.0A, 9.0V DC at 1.67A, 9.0V DC at 2.77A, 10.0V DC at 4.5A, 15.0V DC at 3.0A, and 20.0V DC at 3.0A. These figures suggest that the Galaxy S27 Ultra and Galaxy S27 Pro could support 60W wired fast charging.

The 3C listing also reportedly indicates 5G connectivity on both devices. Considering Samsung’s approach with its current premium smartphones, the Galaxy S27 Ultra and Galaxy S27 Pro are also expected to ship without a charging adapter in the retail box.

The Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra also supports 60W wired charging. Meanwhile, earlier reports have suggested that the standard Galaxy S27 could support 25W wired charging, while the Galaxy S27+ may offer 45W wired charging.

Galaxy S27 Pro and Ultra Could Feature Larger Batteries

The Galaxy S27 Pro and Galaxy S27 Ultra are expected to feature larger-capacity batteries compared to the other models in the series. According to recent leaks, the Galaxy S27 Pro could pack a 5,200mAh battery, while the Galaxy S27 Ultra may feature a 5,800mAh cell.

Both smartphones are also rumored to use silicon-carbon battery technology. This technology could allow Samsung to offer higher battery capacities without significantly increasing the physical size of the devices.

200MP Camera and Snapdragon Chipset Expected

In terms of specifications, the Galaxy S27 Pro and Galaxy S27 Ultra are expected to share several features. Both models could come with OLED displays, a 200-megapixel rear camera, and Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 Pro chipset.

The Galaxy S27 Pro is expected to feature a 6.6-inch display, while the Galaxy S27 Ultra could arrive with a larger 6.9-inch screen. Both smartphones are rumored to offer 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage in their base configurations.

Other expected features include 25W wireless charging and an IP68 rating for protection against dust and water. The Galaxy S27 Ultra is also expected to retain Samsung’s S Pen support, which could remain one of the key differences between the Ultra and Pro models.
