The outlets have the capacity to handle repairs in large quantities at a rapid pace and boast an outstanding track record of customer satisfaction

In 2018, Samsung and uBreakiFix joined forces to offer same-day, in-person repairs for Galaxy smartphones. Now, they are expanding on this partnership by introducing several new features for Samsung Galaxy smartphone and tablet owners.

One of the key announcements is that some firms will elevate 50 of its service centers in the U.S. to flagship Samsung repair outlets by the end of this year.

The some firms flagship outlets excel in handling high-volume repairs at a rapid pace and have a proven track record of excellent customer satisfaction. Additionally, all flagship repair centers will be equipped with specialized repair jigs and increased inventory stock, organized by model and color.

The two companies are establishing these flagship servicing stores as comprehensive last-resort destinations, providing services that may not be available at other outlets. As a pilot test, uBreakiFix launched five flagship stores in Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles, Orlando, and San Antonio earlier this year.

Moreover, Samsung is enhancing its “We Come To You” program, a nationwide initiative that dispatches uBreakiFix repair experts in vans to meet Samsung Galaxy smartphone owners for service at convenient locations such as cafes, offices, or even their homes.

With over 400 vans operating across the country, appointments for repair visits can be scheduled through uBreakiFix’s official website or Samsung’s online storefront. While in-store visits are complimentary, calling a repair van to your home or office incurs a $30 service fee. The “We Come to You” program has been active for several years, and Samsung is now streamlining the service’s booking process on Samsung.com.

It’s essential to note a couple of conditions. Appointments are mandatory for both in-person repairs at brick-and-mortar outlets and repair van visits. Additionally, the same-day repair option is only available for flagship models in the Galaxy S (S21 and newer) and the Galaxy Z (Fold 3 / Flip 3 and later models) series.

Many firms has also became official repair partner for Google’s Pixel phones since 2016. As for Samsung, they offer a self-repair facility for select phone models and collaborate with iFixit and their own storefront to sell detailed repair guides and spare parts. The company also provides “We Come to You” services and a mail-in repair option.
