The smart band will be available starting July 24 through Garmin’s official online store in select global markets. It will be offered in Black, Captain Blue, Citron Gray, Dark Olive, French Gray, French Blue, and Mauve color options. Buyers can choose between S-M and L-XL size variants.
Garmin Cirqa Features and Specifications
One of the biggest highlights of the Garmin Cirqa is its display-free design. According to the company, removing the screen helps reduce distractions while allowing users to focus on their health and fitness goals. Instead of displaying information on the device, all health and fitness insights are available through the Garmin Connect app for Android and iPhone.
The smart band can automatically detect and record supported activities. Users can later review, edit, or confirm these activities in the Garmin Connect app. Garmin also says that its activity detection technology becomes more accurate over time.
The wearable features a fabric band that can be worn on either the wrist or upper arm. Users can also manually track more than 80 activities, including running, walking, cycling, yoga, and various other workouts, using the physical button located on the side of the device.
For fitness enthusiasts, Garmin has included advanced performance metrics such as Training Readiness, HRV Status, VO2 Max, and Training Status, helping users better understand their recovery, fitness level, and overall performance.
On the health side, the Garmin Cirqa includes a Pulse Ox (SpO2) sensor for blood oxygen monitoring. It also offers 24/7 heart rate monitoring, resting heart rate tracking, abnormal heart rate alerts, respiration tracking, stress monitoring, Body Battery energy monitoring, fitness age estimation, sleep tracking, and women’s health tracking.
Garmin claims the Cirqa can deliver up to 10 days of battery life with continuous health and fitness tracking enabled. The wearable also supports Connected GPS and LiveTrack, allowing users to share their real-time location with friends and family through the Garmin Connect app during outdoor activities.
