Asus has introduced its new Dawn 7 Pro laptop lineup in China, available in both 14-inch and 16-inch display variants. The latest models feature high-refresh-rate IPS panels with a 144Hz refresh rate and up to 400 nits of peak brightness. Powered by AMD’s latest AI-focused processors, the series can be configured with up to the AMD Ryzen AI 7 445 chipset based on a 4nm architecture. Graphics duties are handled by integrated Radeon 840M graphics. The laptops also ship with Windows 11 and pack a 70Wh battery.
Asus Dawn 7 Pro Series Price and Availability
The 14-inch Asus Dawn 7 Pro model featuring the Ryzen AI 5 430 processor, 32GB RAM, and 1TB SSD storage is priced at CNY 9,499 (approximately Rs. 1.33 lakh). Meanwhile, the higher-end 14-inch variant equipped with the Ryzen AI 7 445 processor, 32GB RAM, and 1TB SSD storage costs CNY 9,999 (around Rs. 1.40 lakh).
For the 16-inch lineup, the model powered by the Ryzen AI 5 430 processor, paired with 16GB RAM and 1TB SSD storage, is available for CNY 7,999 (roughly Rs. 1.12 lakh). The Ryzen AI 7 445 version with the same memory and storage configuration is priced at CNY 8,499 (approximately Rs. 1.19 lakh).
The new Asus Dawn 7 Pro series is currently available for purchase in China through JD.com.

The Asus Dawn 7 Pro lineup comes in 14-inch and 16-inch display options. Both models feature a WQXGA (2560×1600 pixels) IPS display with a 16:10 aspect ratio, 144Hz refresh rate, and up to 400 nits of brightness. Asus claims the panels cover 100 percent of the sRGB color gamut, delivering vibrant and accurate colors.
The laptops run Windows 11 and come with Microsoft Office pre-installed. Buyers can configure the devices with up to an AMD Ryzen AI 7 445 processor paired with Radeon 840M integrated graphics. The series supports up to 32GB of DDR5 RAM and up to 2TB of PCIe 4.0 SSD storage via dual M.2 slots.
According to Asus, the Dawn 7 Pro series can deliver up to 59 TOPS of NPU performance, enabling advanced on-device AI processing and AI-powered features.
For multimedia, the laptops are equipped with dual stereo speakers and a 5-megapixel webcam that supports facial recognition. Thermal management is handled by a cooling system that includes a single fan and dual heat pipes.
In terms of design, the laptops feature a premium metal chassis and a 180-degree hinge, allowing the display to lay completely flat. The devices are backed by a 70Wh battery and support fast charging through a 90W power adapter.
