A new leak claims that OnePlus and Oppo may not launch their next-generation flagship smartphones in India. According to the report, the OnePlus 16 and Oppo Find X10 Ultra are unlikely to make their debut in the Indian market. Instead, Oppo could introduce the Oppo Find X10 Pro Max as its flagship smartphone for Indian consumers. The leak also reveals several expected specifications of the upcoming handset. However, neither company has officially confirmed these claims.

OnePlus 16 and Oppo Find X10 Ultra May Miss the Indian Market

According to tipster Debayan Roy (@Gadgetsdata) on X, the OnePlus 16 and Oppo Find X10 Ultra are now unlikely to launch in India. The tipster further claims that Oppo Find X10 Pro Max could become the company’s flagship smartphone for the Indian market in 2027.

Expected Specifications of Oppo Find X10 Pro Max

As per the leak, the Oppo Find X10 Pro Max is expected to feature a 2K flat LTPO OLED display with a high refresh rate. In the camera department, the smartphone could sport a 200-megapixel primary sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS) and a 1/1.3-inch sensor.

The rear camera setup may also include:

  • A 200-megapixel ultra-wide camera
  • A 200-megapixel periscope telephoto camera with OIS and telemacro support
  • A 50-megapixel multispectral sensor

The smartphone is also tipped to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9600 Pro chipset. It could pack a massive 8,000mAh to 9,000mAh battery and may offer additional features such as an IP69 rating, an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner, and a Snap Key.

India Launch Plans Still Unclear

The latest leak follows earlier reports suggesting that OnePlus was planning to reduce its product launches outside China. The company later clarified that while it would stop introducing new products in North America and Europe, it would continue its operations in India.

Despite that clarification, the latest report claims that the OnePlus 16 may still not launch in India. As of now, OnePlus and Oppo have not officially announced the regional availability of the OnePlus 16, Oppo Find X10 Ultra, or Oppo Find X10 Pro Max. Therefore, these claims should be treated as speculation until confirmed by the companies.

Earlier Leaks Revealed More Details

Previous reports suggest that the OnePlus 16 could debut in China during the fourth quarter of 2026 as the successor to the OnePlus 15. It is expected to feature Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 Pro chipset built on a 2nm process, a 185Hz display, a battery of around 9,000mAh, and a 200-megapixel telephoto camera.

Meanwhile, earlier leaks indicate that the Oppo Find X10 Ultra could feature a dual telephoto camera setup, including a 50-megapixel periscope lens with 10x optical zoom and a 200-megapixel telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom. The smartphone has also been rumored to feature a square-shaped front camera sensor.

Until an official announcement is made, these expected specifications and launch plans should be considered leaks rather than confirmed information.
